Richard Neutra House SOLD in San Bernardino, Ca
Ok...I was quite shocked when I saw this. The Gillen house designed by Richard Neutra located on the foothills of the San Bernardino National Forest sits on a 2 acre lot and was built in 1955. The asking price of this gem was $299,000. On the market for 2 months and is now pending. This would have been a fun project to take on. One problem though, the property is astride the San Andreas Earthquake Fault, but I would chance the "BIG" one to hit, to be able to live in a Neutra for $299,000!!

Criley & McDowell Ontario, Ca
I'm 99.9% sure this is a Criley & McDowell designed home because of this drawing here done by Fred McDowell. The house is located in Ontario, Ca. I always admire it when passing by. Classic post and beam construction, the carport design really stands out to me. I love the way architects from this period incorporated the carports with the design of the house.
